Lauren Morton, FNP-C

Lauren Morton, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who started her career in nursing in 2012. She has been serving Wise County as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2016 in Family Medicine. She is excited to continue serving in Obstetrics and Gynecology as she has always had a passion for Women’s Health.

A native from Wise County, Lauren feels blessed to care for the community she grew up in. She lives in Decatur with her husband and three children. It is her priority to work together as a team to achieve your health goals and utilize evidence-based practices to reach those goals.
